James Cleaning has evolved as a natural progression of the commercial window cleaning service begun by Gareth Shallcross in 1983.

It was during 1985 that the office cleaning side of the company started to grow. It soon became apparent that quality and continuity were the essence of good cleaning and matching the staff to the contracts was a lesson learned at an early stage.
